This program is designed to help kids build confidence, improve their skills in swimming, cycling, and running, and most importantly—have fun! 🥳
Whether your child is just starting out or already has some experience, we’ll make sure they’re placed in the right group—Fundamental or Elite—based on their age and abilities!
📌 Please note: there are minimum requirements to join the program:
-Minimum age: 7 years old
-Must be able to swim 100 meters freestyle
-Must be able to ride a bike without assistance
-Must be able to run 1 km at their own pace
*If your child doesn’t meet one of these requirements, no worries—they can still join the program, but will need to take additional group or private classes (swimming, running, or cycling) to build up their skills.
The Kids Triathlon training group consists of:
Swimming - in one of the Kids Swimming groups based on level.
Levels range from ‘Learn to Swim’ to ‘Elite Squad’. We also offer a trial session in order to examine your child’s abilities and for us to choose the perfect group for him/her.
Alos Running group and the Cycling group.

Squad , 5 times a weekTrainings are held in two age groups: Fundamental: 7-9 years old and Junior, Senior, Elite Squad: 10-18 years old. Dividing kids into age groups helps minimize the age gaps between them and helps create groups where the kids are closer in swimming, cycling & running levels. Groups are close in age this way, which helps them bond more, have a higher motivation, compete with each other and find lots of like-minded friends!
Yes, you can take your child for a trial session before registering for a program. Kindly contact us and we will be happy to sign your child up for a trial session, which is AED 200.
We are a unique sports school. Unlike other sports schools, ILSS, doesn’t force kids to do anything. Instead, we fill kids up with strong, goal-oriented motivation to be a better version of themselves everyday. We teach kids to improve in a healthy way and reach their dream goals, whilst enjoying the whole journey.
Depending on kids swimming skills we can offer groups from level 0 - "Learn To Swim" to "Elite Squad" group. We suggest to swim al least 2 days a week in addition to Kids Triathlon group.
1. Running shoes and clothes. 2. Road bike, cycling shoes, helmet — you can rent them for a lessons sessions. 3. It will be nice to have a cycling uniform: shorts and a top - bibs and a jersey.
