Your own personal plan

The coach writes the plan based on your goals and current physical fitness. So you will be able to squeeze the most out of each workout.

In addition, you are in constant personal contact with the coach and can request adjustments to the plan. Going on a business trip and can only run? The plan will be adjusted! Got sick? You will receive rest days and a gradual introduction back into the training process not to harm your health.


Multiple goals in different sports

If you want to do a marathon on the way to the Ironman distance, we can combine training plan so that you will successfully complete the marathon and it won’t harm the preparation for your main goal.

And if you do not know what intermediate goals to choose from, the coach will advise the distances and dates in the training cycle where these starts will be most useful.
