IRONSTAR 113 (Half-Iron Distance): 1.93 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run
IRONSTAR Olympic Distance: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run

The capital of the Republic of Belarus amazingly combines Soviet monumental architecture and cozy courtyards, art spaces and huge parks, traditional and world cuisine. The main attractions of the city: Minsk Gates; Independence Square; National Library building; Catholic Church of Saints Simeon and Helena; Trinity Suburb; Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater.
Improve your swimming via the total immersion technique. We adapted our methods under triathlon by adding working off your actions during the start, learning to orientate in open waters and swimming in the wetsuit.
A serious approach to the road cycling trainings which will improve your results and ensure you complete the distance safe and sound.
The trainings are based on the natural run technique which focuses on the body position and foot placement. Specifically for the triathlon, we have the cycling+running trainings to prepare the sportsmen for the hardest transition during any triathlon race.
We will teach you how to get through the transition zones as quickly as possible, by teaching how to go get out of the wetsuit in a moment and prepare your place in it before the race in order not to lose any time.
The smallest details are crucial in triathlon. We teach what critical to take for the race and what can be left at home. Show you lifehacks on how to pack your triathlon bag, teach to manage your cycle during traveling.
The program is based on detailed weekly training plans and group workouts with a coach and a team. You will receive a detailed weekly assignment for all three sports, strength training, nutrition, and recovery. The coach will monitor your condition, progress, answer questions and guide you.
Swimming - the ability to swim freestyle. If you do not know how, we recommend that you complete Level 1 at I Love Supersport Swimming. Bike - basic driving skills.
No, you don’t have to pay for the pool. The cost of renting the pool is included in the program price.
In the first week, students are tested in all three sports, and after more smaller groups are formed. Trainings are built around pulse and tempo zones, comfortable for a particular student.
