Firstly, we would like to encourage you to do medical check-up on regular basis, including the one before start of your program. Get doctor’s consent to do endurance sports even if you know you are fit. We highly recommend to do such check-ups at least 1-2 time a year for your own safety and comfort.
Classes follow a specific program and missing sessions will affect your desired result therefore please plan your day-to-day schedule accordingly to make sure you visit all classes as days/times of classes are fixed and cannot be moved to another time.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Fee can be transferred to another group within the same program/sport only subject to availability at other groups.
Our Refund Policy - 0% will be refunded (no refund) in any case.
Cancellation Policy- Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
You can request to freeze your program for medical purposes subject to availability of respective illness/disease certificate from a doctor. In such case program should be frozen for number of full weeks you are going to miss.
When you’d like to use frozen money, you will be requested to pay for the rest of weeks (10% discount will be applied) and to start a program from its beginning.
If you planning to travel, you are allowed to freeze your personal training package one time for minimum period of 1 week to as long as 8 weeks. Feel free to get it done in written by communicating to your coach prior to your leave period.
Personal trainings fee does not include any facility rental fee (if any). Such fee has to be paid on top of that. (please note that all group trainings include facility rental fee)
If you need to cancel your enrollment in one of our sports training sessions, you must notify us at 4 hours prior to the start of the training session. This will give us enough time to adjust our staffing and other resources as needed and session will not be counted.
Keep in mind that sessions are designed by experts to last a certain period of time. It is not recommended that you train more before or after the sessions if you want to get the desired results. If you still planning to train more, consult with your coach.
Training facilities do not allow you to train before or after our classes. In case they do, you would be training at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for whatever happens at such time.
We encourage you to openly discuss the way you feel at any time you think you need to do so with your coach. Things like tiredness or muscle sore or any minor injuries or discomforts have to be reported to let your coach to adjust your load respectively.
