About the program

This program is designed to help kids build confidence, improve their skills in swimming, cycling, and running, and most importantly—have fun! 🥳

Whether your child is just starting out or already has some experience, we’ll make sure they’re placed in the right group—Fundamental or Elite—based on their age and abilities!

📌 Please note: there are minimum requirements to join the program:

-Minimum age: 7 years old

-Must be able to swim 100 meters freestyle

-Must be able to ride a bike without assistance

-Must be able to run 1 km at their own pace

*If your child doesn’t meet one of these requirements, no worries—they can still join the program, but will need to take additional group or private classes (swimming, running, or cycling) to build up their skills.

The Kids Triathlon training group consists of:

Swimming - in one of the Kids Swimming groups based on level.

Levels range from ‘Learn to Swim’ to ‘Elite Squad’. We also offer a trial session in order to examine your child’s abilities and for us to choose the perfect group for him/her.

Alos Running group and the Cycling group.

Peer in Groups
We divide the group into smaller age groups so children can feel in their element at the trainings, can meet many new friends and create lots of contacts
Developing physical aspects
Special program with a fun, game vibe to increase endurance, speed, agility, strength and coordination
Improving the body’s health
Our coaches don’t force kids to show any specific time ‘no matter what’, progress in speed, pace and endurance comes naturally. Results co-relate with each child’s current shape, and trainings are based on effort
Improving the mental health
Educating children on teamwork, good sportsmanship, no-quitting-mentality, setting goals and reaching them

Kite Beach
One of the most popular public beach with lots of facilities. Running track passes through Kite Beach and runs for over 4 miles along the coast. Facilities include changing rooms, showers and toilets. Lifeguards are on duty.

The Academy has world-class facilities for sports: Indoor climate-controlled running track, outdoor track 2 swimming pools

  • From what age can my kids join?

    Trainings are held for teens from 13-18 years old

  • I’m not sure if my child will like it, is it possible to come for a trial session?

    Yes, you can take your teen for a trial session before registering for a program. Kindly contact us and we will be happy to sign your child up for a trial session, which is AED 150.

  • How are we different to other kids sports schools?

    We are a unique sports school. Unlike other sports schools, ILSS, doesn’t force kids to do anything. Instead, we fill kids up with strong, goal-oriented motivation to be a better version of themselves everyday. We teach kids to improve in a healthy way and reach their dream goals, whilst enjoying the whole journey.

  • This program has running and cycling classes, what about swimming?

    Depending on teens swimming skills we can offer groups from level 0 - "Learn To Swim" to "Elite Squad" group. We suggest to swim al least 2 days a week in addition to Teens Triathlon group.

  • What equipment will I need?

    1. Running shoes and clothes. 2. Road bike, cycling shoes, helmet — you can rent them for a lessons sessions. 3. It will be nice to have a cycling uniform: shorts and a top - bibs and a jersey.
