What is in the program?

The Kids Summer Swimming program include:

7 weeks of traning

July, 9 - August, 25

Age groups: 3-15 years old; All levels


  • Tuesday, Thursday:

    Learn To Swim: 5:00-5:45 PM / 5:45-6:30 PM

    Development: 5:00-6:00 PM

    Squad: 5:00-6:30 PM

  • Sunday:

    Learn To Swim: 9:00-9:45 AM / 9:45-10:30 AM

    Development: 9:00-10:00 AM

    Squad: 9:00-10:30 AM

Support from the coach

The coach is in the water with the children, helping them to learn new movements, feel support and safety.

Groups of peers

We divide groups by age so that children feel more confident and can make new friends.

Healthy habit for life

Swimming is an excellent exercise that targets all major muscle groups, including joints and ligaments, and improves movement coordination.

Focus on skills

The classes take place in mini-groups, so the coach monitors the environment and technique of each child.


Over the past eight years, we have developed a program with a playful approach to material presentation, a system of motivations, and rewards.


Learn To SwimEach session is 45 minutes. Perfect group for the kids who can swim around 5 meters

DevelopmentEach session is 60 minutes. Perfect group for the kids who can swim 25 meters with Freestyle stroke and Backstroke

Junior Squad and Senior SquadEach session is 75 - 90 minutes. Perfect group for the kids who can swim 50 (and more than 50) meters with any stroke and want to participate in the Races

If you want your kids to learn from a scratch how to swim or to improve the swimming techniques or even to go up to the competition level, this is the place for you. In a very friendly manner (thus integrating the necessary discipline) the coaches always encourage the kids to achieve new goals and better results. My children showed really good result in quite a short period of time. I definitely recommend the team of I love Supersport!

They have amazing Professional coaches; they train swimming to competitive levels not as an activity! Coaches patience to encourage the kids to learn is endless. They have the dedicated coaches with the right skills for each age group. I have seen many academies in Dubai, never saw it structured and effective as ILSS, i always recommend!

Our daughter was training with ILS Swimming coaches for half a year and was enjoying each and every moment of it. She started by swimming with a kickboard and was able to reach Level 5 and outperform most swimmers of her age as a result of trainings. Coaches Exon and Maxim combine training with fun, never push for results and threat every student individually. Practicing in this school feels like being in group of friends, you can always ask coaches questions and get timely feedback. Most importantly it feels easy but brings results.


Enrolling my nephew to ILSS kids swimming was the best decision. In one year, I have seen my nephew get over his fear of deep water, efficiently swim 50m freestyle and 50m backstroke and most importantly, he loves the coaches and training. I am extremely grateful to coach Joy and Coach Exon for being such an amazing yet firm teacher. They give constructive criticism and motivate children to do their best. My nephew who use to dread swimming now loves swimming. I am extremely thankful for the coaches. I couldn’t have asked for better teachers for my nephew.
