ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon
Abu Dhabi - 14 December 2024

The Abu Dhabi Marathon, launched in 2018, is an annual event in the UAE, taking place in cooler months for a more comfortable run. It features a scenic course past landmarks like the Corniche and Yas Island, and offers various distances, from a full marathon to a 2.5K fun run. Attracting runners worldwide, it's a highlight in the international marathon calendar, combining competition with the charm of one of the world's most affluent cities.

Dubai Marathon
Dubai - 12 January 2025

The Dubai Marathon is an annual event that began in 2000, quickly establishing itself as a premier international marathon. Held in the cooler months, the race offers ideal running conditions through Dubai’s urban landscape. The route typically features views of the city’s modern skyline and iconic sites such as the Burj Khalifa. The event includes a full marathon, a 10K, and a 3K fun run, catering to all skill levels. Drawing participants from across the globe, the Dubai Marathon is a festive gathering that combines athletic challenge with the unique backdrop of one of the world's most dynamic cities.

Berlin Marathon
Berlin, Germany - 29 September 2024

The Berlin Marathon, held annually since 1974, is one of the world's most prestigious running events. Taking place in September, it offers optimal weather for participants. The race winds through historic Berlin, passing landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag. Known for its flat, fast course, it's a favorite among those looking to set personal bests or world records. The Berlin Marathon includes various race categories, attracting both elite athletes and amateur runners from around the globe, all drawn by the chance to compete in a city rich in history and modernity.

What's in the plan?
2-4 sessions per week

We will do the most important sessions together! Workouts are 90 minutes long, with our professional coaches. We train in the best places: Dubai American Academy, Palm Jumeirah and Kite Beach. All places have soft running tracks: comfortable to run, no injuries. During summer we run on a cool indoor running track (the one and only in Dubai)


Detailed preparation plan

You will follow our detailed training plan. It includes not only 3 sessions that our coach lead but also some homework: easy runs, strength exercises, and recovery activity. We divide preparation into three parts.

In the first part, we will gain base strength and base endurance.

During the second phase, we will be training speed, special strength, and speed endurance.

The last phase will allow you to be on the race day in your best condition and show the best result possible.

Following this program, you will achieve your goal and finish the race with a smile on your face!

We will provide you with our branded guide to tell you not only about the training process but also about dieting and recovery. Our coaches are always happy to answer any questions. And the team will support and motivate you!


Training plan

Retractable stageSumming the body to perform a large amount of work. Maximum attention is paid to the technique of running and the correct implementation of running exercises. Training is conducted to increase stamina.

Stage of hill strength trainingThe development of leg muscle and endurance strengths. Use of running on hills both in cross running and in running on segments.

Speed-power stageGradual increase in the volume of cross-country running, conducting circuit training to maintain and develop strength. Conducting a control start to monitor the development of the student and make adjustments to the training plan.

Preparation for raceLong runs, rhythmic runs, and uphill runs. Maximum attention to stretching, S&C, and recovery.

Final eventYou finish your final race with the best possible result!

  • I'm a complete beginner, can I join?

    Running a marathon is not an easy task, it takes from 6 to 12 months to prepare for the race. So, if your goal is to run a marathon then you can definitely join, but your target race should be at least 6 months away.

  • What if I miss a session?

    If you miss a session, you’ll receive makeup homework and can attend a session at another location if available.

  • Is registration for the races included in the training fee?

    No, race registration fees are not included. Participants must register for each event individually through the respective race websites.
