Challenge yourself in a 1km time trial on a 400m track! Our sports club offers you the chance to run this distance under the guidance of professional coaches in a motivating, competitive environment. Running alongside other athletes, you’ll be driven to push yourself and aim for your best time.

Special warm-up led by our coaches, with exercises you can remember and use before future races.

• During the trial, our coaches will observe your form and provide personalized feedback afterward to help you improve your technique and boost performance.

•For those with a heart rate monitor, our coaches can estimate your maximum and threshold heart rates and offer ** insights into your VO2 max**, along with race time predictions.

This time trial is an excellent opportunity to test your fitness, enhance your technique, and aim for new personal bests. All levels are welcome—join us!

Special warm-up
Before the time trial, you will have the opportunity to participate in a warm-up. Our coach will show you the most effective warmup exercises that you can use before races to prepare your body for the physical demands of fast running.
Feedback from the coach
The coach will be watching your technique and after the Time Trial he will provide feedback and recommendations to help you improve your performance. Our coaches will also give you an approximate estimate of your maximum heart rate and threshold heart rate if you run with HR monitor.
Timing
Our club will track your time during the Time Trial. So all you need to worry about is just the speed.
