The program
Session 1

Running PostureIn our first session, we'll focus on your posture. Learn how to stand in a way that helps you run better. This will make you more efficient, lower your chance of getting hurt, and help you run longer.

Session 2

Cadence and Length of StridesNext, we'll talk about how your legs move when you run. Find out how to balance how fast you move your legs and how long each step is. This will make you faster and better at running, no matter the terrain or how fast you want to go.

Session 3

Landing PositionIn this session, you'll learn the best way to land your feet when you run. Discover the different ways your feet can hit the ground and find out which one is best for you. This will make running easier on your body.

Session 4

Strength in RunningWe'll work on making your body stronger for running. You'll do exercises that make your muscles stronger so you can run longer and on tough terrain without getting tired.

Session 5

Balance and AgilityImprove your balance and how quickly you can change direction. We'll do exercises to make you better at dodging obstacles and handling changes in the ground.

Session 6

Understanding Your Heart RateLearn how to use your heart rate to guide your running. This will help you know how hard you're working and how to train smarter.

Session 7

Fast and Slow RunningExperience the excitement of changing your running speed. We'll teach you how to switch between fast and slow running to make your heart stronger and improve how long you can run.

Session 8

Final Exam! 5k mini race!Put everything you've learned to the test in a fun 5K race. Celebrate your progress and enjoy crossing the finish line with pride! Get a certificate of completion after finishing the course!

  • Who can join this running program?

    Anyone who wants to learn about running can join. It doesn't matter if you're new to running or if you've done a couple of marathons already.

  • What do I need to bring to the training?

    Wear comfy clothes and good shoes for running. Bring a small bottle of water. Also, we recommend bringing a sports watch and a heart rate monitor.

  • Do I need to know how to run before joining?

    Nope! You can join even if you've never run before. Our coach will help you learn step by step.

  • How long are the training sessions?

    Each session lasts 90 minutes. We start on time, so try to come a little early.

  • What if I can't come to all the sessions?

    It's okay to miss one or two sessions. The coach will provide you with a plan for what to do instead of it.

  • Can kids join the program?

    Usually, we recommend kids to be at least 14 years old, but we can talk about exceptions if needed.

  • Will someone help me personally during the training?

    Yes! Our coaches will help you individually if you need it. You can ask questions and get advice.

  • How safe are the training sessions?

    We make sure the training is safe. We warm up properly and have a coach who is always keeping an aye on the process. It's also good to talk to a doctor before starting if you're not sure.
