Running PostureIn our first session, we'll focus on your posture. Learn how to stand in a way that helps you run better. This will make you more efficient, lower your chance of getting hurt, and help you run longer.
Cadence and Length of StridesNext, we'll talk about how your legs move when you run. Find out how to balance how fast you move your legs and how long each step is. This will make you faster and better at running, no matter the terrain or how fast you want to go.
Landing PositionIn this session, you'll learn the best way to land your feet when you run. Discover the different ways your feet can hit the ground and find out which one is best for you. This will make running easier on your body.
Strength in RunningWe'll work on making your body stronger for running. You'll do exercises that make your muscles stronger so you can run longer and on tough terrain without getting tired.

Anyone who wants to learn about running can join. It doesn't matter if you're new to running or if you've done a couple of marathons already.
Wear comfy clothes and good shoes for running. Bring a small bottle of water. Also, we recommend bringing a sports watch and a heart rate monitor.
Nope! You can join even if you've never run before. Our coach will help you learn step by step.
Each session lasts 90 minutes. We start on time, so try to come a little early.
It's okay to miss one or two sessions. The coach will provide you with a plan for what to do instead of it.
Usually, we recommend kids to be at least 14 years old, but we can talk about exceptions if needed.
Yes! Our coaches will help you individually if you need it. You can ask questions and get advice.
