We will focus on improving your running technique and efficiency, covering topics such as posture, landing position, cadence, and oscillations. You will try efficient drills to improve the running form. Our coach will evaluate your running technique and make recommendations.

The workshop will be organised by I Love Supersport endurance school and lead by experienced coach from Russia, Ph.D. in Physical Education and Sport - Egor Mishutin and Kenyan coach and elite runner Joshua Matenjwa.

The session is 90 minutes long. After the workout, you can spend time with the coach and ask for any recommendations, plus take an unlimited amount of selfies.
