Do you want to run faster, longer and never get injured? Learn right running technique!

During the workshop, you will learn the most efficient running technique for long-distance running. We will focus on improving your running technique and efficiency, covering topics such as posture, landing position, cadence, and oscillations. You will try efficient drills to improve the running form. Our coach will evaluate your running technique and make recommendations.

The workshop will be organized by I Love Supersport endurance school and lead by experienced coach from Kenya, elite runner - Joshua Matenjwa.

    It is better to come 5 to 10 minutes in advance

  • What should I wear and what do I need to bring with me?

    Wear light, sports clothes, and soft running shoes. Don’t forget to bring a small bottle of water and a good mood

  • How long is the workshop?

    The session is 90 min long, including the Q&A session at the end of the workshop. After the workout, you can spend time with the coach and ask for any recommendations, plus take an unlimited amount of selfies.

  • Can I join if I have never run before?

    Yes, you can! We will introduce you to running and how to do it correctly. We will be glad to see both beginners and experienced amateurs.
