What is in the program?

Running is not only about endurance and speed. It’s also about strong muscles. Adding strength workouts to your training program will help you to achieve your ambitious goals.

Strength workouts are necessary for runners for 3 reasons:

  • they prevent injuries by strengthening muscles and joints;
  • they help you run faster by boosting neuromuscular coordination;
  • they improve your running economy by increasing stride efficiency.

During this running workshop you will learn and try yourself special strength exercises for runners and intence strength running drills.

Also, you will do:

  • easy jogging for 4-5K;
  • basic technique drills;
  • good stretching.

You will get personal recommendations from our coach to improve your running form.

  • What time should I arrive?

    It is better to come 5 to 10 minutes in advance

  • What should I wear and what do I need to bring with me?

    Wear light, sports clothes, and soft running shoes. Don’t forget to bring a small bottle of water and a good mood

  • How long is the workout?

    The session is 80 minutes long. After the workout, you can spend time with the coach and ask for any recommendations, plus take an unlimited amount of selfies.

  • Can I join if I have never run before?

    Yes, you can! We will introduce you to running and how to do it correctly. We will be glad to see both beginners and experienced amateurs.
