  • How long is the training session?

    All the sessions are 90 minutes long

  • I don't know how to do any exercises, is it a problem?

    No, the exercises we do are relatively simple to perform but efficient. A coach will watch your technique and correct if something goes wrong

  • I am not a beginner, will I get enough training effect?

    Yes, the exercises are adaptive to any level. There will be different variations of exercises or weights. If you train hard enough there is no way it will be easy for you

  • What should I bring to the training session?

    No special equipment is required. However, you can bring training gloves, yoga mat and a bottle of water
