How it Works?

Coaching will be done one-on-one on regular basis while also maintaining constant communication on call/whatsapp/meeting in person as needed and relevant topics and concepts with be explained clearly in accordance with training plan and/or towards race goals.

Training Topics Include:

  1. How to manage daily meals and general nutrition as an endurance athlete and daily nutrition strategy will be shared and basis behind it will also be explained.
  2. ⁠How metabolism plays a role in endurance sport and how to increase metabolic efficiency will be covered.
  3. What are the benefits and advantages of increased metabolic efficiency?
  4. ⁠How to manage nutrient timing in various phases of endurance sport (off season, different phases of training block and racing/competition)
  5. ⁠How to manage race day fueling strategy and practising the same in training
  6. ⁠How can nutrition help in preparation and recovery of training sessions and race day and why this is important.
  7. ⁠How to do effective sodium loading for training and race day for optimal performance
  8. ⁠How to do effective carb loading for training and race day for optimal performance
  9. ⁠The When, Why & How behind supplement choices and how to use them effectively to enhance sports performance.
