Often overlooked in the quest for speed, building strength is the key to unlocking your true potential. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a dedicated strength training session for triathletes, led by our highly experienced coach, Coach Osmar!

Full body exercises

The goals of the classes are to develop full body strength, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, agility and balance, speed and flexibility. The exercises are helpful to correct the bodyweight and effective to get in shape.

For any level

Our group classes are for any level. We don't use heavy weights and all the exercises are adjustable to the fitness abilities.

For all athletes

The session is ideal for cyclist, swimmers and runners as well
