Good technique helps you run efficiently and stay injury-free. We focus on cadence, posture, and proper foot landing to help you run naturally. Regular video analysis and special drills improve your speed, efficiency, and safety, making running faster and easier.
Strength is the base of any sport and weak muscles are prone to injury, so we focus on strength and flexibility. Special exercises build strong muscles and ligaments, while stretching keeps you mobile and reduces fatigue. You’ll feel stronger, run easier, and stay injury-free.
Train smarter, not harder! We evaluate your heart rate zones and design workouts to match your optimal intensity levels. You’ll learn to run efficiently at your target heart rate, improving stamina, speed, and endurance while avoiding overtraining.
Training days alternate with rest days to help your body rebuild. During rest, muscles grow, ligaments strengthen, and energy restores. We also include stretching and recovery exercises to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and keep you feeling strong and ready for the next session.

ILSS is the best sport club for athletes of any level. The club has excellent Coaches, engaging teammates and great team spirit. Highly recommended as they really motivate you to get out of the comfort zone with the coaches continuously guiding on improving the running techniques. Its normal to see significant improvements within first few weeks. The running mates have a great camaraderie and are always encouraging. There is a good community feel with everyone eager to help and offer feedback/recommendations when needed.
I am now part of the club for more than a year and running has now become an addiction. Thanks to Coaches Rinat, Egor and Joshua I can now easily run distances that seemed unrealistic a year ago. I have completed couple of HMs and 10K runs and am now preparing for my first marathon. I am confident that with the amazing coaches, super energetic team mates and well-structured training program, I will continue to improve my running and achieve several PBs in the months and years to come.

Recently joined the running sessions last October and it helped me build my endurance, strength and performance with proper training and technique from Coach Egor and Coach Joshua… I also went to the Training Camp in Khorfakkan for the first time and it was the most intense running training I ever had… It was truly an amazing experience including meeting incredible people who share the same passion for the sport! Great club overall! I take running and swimming sessions there and enjoy both. I started from scratch in both running and swimming and thanks to my coaches, in one year, completed half marathon (thanks to Coach Egor and Joshua) and became cross continental swimmer by completing Bosphorus swim race - huge thanks goes to Coach Irina Kolmakova, who trained me from level 1.
Absolutely! Run Pass is not just for race preparation. You can join to stay fit, improve your running technique, and enjoy regular training. Just let the coach know your preferred intensity at your first session, and they’ll guide you accordingly.
No worries! Run Pass is flexible, so you can attend the next available session. There’s no penalty for missing a session.
Yes! Run Pass can complement your personal training or race preparation. If you need additional structure, you can get an individual plan separately.
There’s no minimum or maximum duration. You can train as long as you want, whether for a few months or all year round.
Yes! A trial session is 80 AED. Join, meet the coaches and see how everything is organized ;)
If you’re recovering from an injury, consult our coach before training. We can adjust exercises or suggest recovery workouts.
Of course! Training with a friend can be even more fun and motivating. Just make sure they sign up in advance.
During summer, we move to an indoor track for cooler and more comfortable training.
