Run Pass gives you easy and flexible access to running training. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, this program fits your needs.

Join three sessions per week to improve your technique, strength, speed, balance, and agility with our expert coaches.

No strict schedules, no homework, no individual plans — just regular workouts to stay in shape and run better.

You can join anytime and set your own goals. Our coaches will guide you throughout your journey. If you need a personal training plan, you can get one separately.

Train at top locations in Dubai: the Dubai American Academy stadium, Kite Beach.

You can choose a number of sessions in a package or take a limitless pass.

Technique

Good technique helps you run efficiently and stay injury-free. We focus on cadence, posture, and proper foot landing to help you run naturally. Regular video analysis and special drills improve your speed, efficiency, and safety, making running faster and easier.


Strength & Injury Prevention

Strength is the base of any sport and weak muscles are prone to injury, so we focus on strength and flexibility. Special exercises build strong muscles and ligaments, while stretching keeps you mobile and reduces fatigue. You’ll feel stronger, run easier, and stay injury-free.


Heart Rate-Based Training

Train smarter, not harder! We evaluate your heart rate zones and design workouts to match your optimal intensity levels. You’ll learn to run efficiently at your target heart rate, improving stamina, speed, and endurance while avoiding overtraining.


Recovery

Training days alternate with rest days to help your body rebuild. During rest, muscles grow, ligaments strengthen, and energy restores. We also include stretching and recovery exercises to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and keep you feeling strong and ready for the next session.

One of the most popular public beach with lots of facilities. Running track passes through Kite Beach and runs for over 4 miles along the coast. Facilities include changing rooms, showers and toilets. Lifeguards are on duty.
Dubai American Academy
Outdoor Track. A 400m professional track with a high-quality surface for smooth and efficient running. Spacious and easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road, it's ideal for all training levels. Indoor Track. A 200m air-conditioned track for comfortable summer training. Maintained at an optimal temperature, it allows uninterrupted workouts year-round.

I started training with ILSS in July this year, as I needed to prepare for my first full marathon in Abu Dhabi which I have just completed and it was a huge success, thanks to the experienced Coaches Egor, Joshua & Rohan.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, they know exactly how to tailor sessions to meet your needs.

They have sessions throughout the week from Intervals to tempo and long runs as well as strength sessions, so you will be able to benefit all aspects to improve your running.

Coach Rohan is also an experienced Nutrition Coach.
His deep knowledge of how nutrition impacts performance has made a significant difference in my training, and also helped me plan my fueling for the marathon.

ILSS is the best sport club for athletes of any level. The club has excellent Coaches, engaging teammates and great team spirit. Highly recommended as they really motivate you to get out of the comfort zone with the coaches continuously guiding on improving the running techniques. Its normal to see significant improvements within first few weeks. The running mates have a great camaraderie and are always encouraging. There is a good community feel with everyone eager to help and offer feedback/recommendations when needed.

I am now part of the club for more than a year and running has now become an addiction. Thanks to Coaches Rinat, Egor and Joshua I can now easily run distances that seemed unrealistic a year ago. I have completed couple of HMs and 10K runs and am now preparing for my first marathon.   • I'm not planning to run races. Can I join the program?

    Absolutely! Run Pass is not just for race preparation. You can join to stay fit, improve your running technique, and enjoy regular training. Just let the coach know your preferred intensity at your first session, and they’ll guide you accordingly.

  • What happens if I miss a session?

    No worries! Run Pass is flexible, so you can attend the next available session. There’s no penalty for missing a session.

  • Can I mix Run Pass with other training programs?

    Yes! Run Pass can complement your personal training or race preparation. If you need additional structure, you can get an individual plan separately.

  • How long should I stay in the program?

    There’s no minimum or maximum duration. You can train as long as you want, whether for a few months or all year round.

  • Do you offer trial sessions?

    Yes! A trial session is 80 AED. Join, meet the coaches and see how everything is organized ;)

  • What if I have an injury?

    If you’re recovering from an injury, consult our coach before training. We can adjust exercises or suggest recovery workouts.

  • Can I bring a friend?

    Of course! Training with a friend can be even more fun and motivating. Just make sure they sign up in advance.

  • What if the weather is too hot?

    During summer, we move to an indoor track for cooler and more comfortable training.
