Our running school has a training course to prepare for this race! Join us! 🚀
2 to 4 sessions per week. Each session is 90 minutes long under the guidance of our professional coach. We choose the best places to run: Dubai American Academy, Kite Beach. Both places have soft running tracks, which are comfortable and safe to run.
You’ll follow our structured training plan with 2–4 coach-led sessions plus homework: easy runs, strength work, and recovery. Phase 1 - builds base strength and endurance. Phase 2 - focuses on speed, power, and speed endurance. Phase 3 - prepares you to peak on race day. Stick to the plan, and you’ll reach your goal—crossing the finish line with a smile!
We will provide you with our branded guide to tell you not only about the training process but also about dieting and recovery. Our coaches are always happy to answer any questions. And the team will support and motivate you!
It is a beautiful course that is flat and fast, making it a great opportunity to set a personal best time.
