The Cooper Test is a 12-minute running challenge designed to measure your endurance and estimate your aerobic fitness level. The goal is to cover as much distance as possible within the time limit.

The Cooper Test is a simple yet powerful way to measure your endurance and running potential. The Test is a gold standard in sports science to assess aerobic fitness. Our coaches will guide you through a warm-up, do the timing, analyze your performance, and provide personalized feedback on your heart rate zones, running technique, and race time predictions.

You will get your result as a PDF file with a detailed assessment of your performance.

Performance Prediction

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes! All participants will receive an electronic certificate with their test results.

  • What should I bring?

    Wear comfortable running gear and bring a sports watch or heart rate monitor if you have one. Water will be available, but bringing your own bottle is recommended.

  • How is this different from a time trial?

    Unlike a time trial, which focuses on a specific race distance, the Cooper Test is designed to assess aerobic capacity and endurance potential in 12 minutes of running. You’ll also receive additional insights, such as HR zone calculations and race predictions.

  • Can I get feedback on my running technique?

    Yes! Our coaches will observe your form during the test and provide individualized advice on how to improve your efficiency and avoid common mistakes.

  • How do I sign up?

    You can register through our website. Limited slots are available, so sign up early!
