This workshop is organized to improve your freestyle swimming technique with the help of drills, assessments and useful tips from Coach Maxim.
Requirements: swimmer must be able to swim 1km in under 30 minutes.

First we will get to know each other before we start training. Swimmers are kindly asked to share their aims, individual strengths and weaknesses
- Warm up
- Introducing different tips and tricks for a better feeling of water for freestyle
- Relaxation and breathing exercises
- Coordination and focus on land prior to performing the dive
- Transitioning previous exercise into the water
- A simple dive exercise helping to catch the momentum into executing the dive
- Arms and upper body based skills and drills
- Focusing on the correct movement of the kick and how to connect it in alignment with the rest of the body
- Connecting the core as a main source of stability and learning how to use it properly
