Become a part of an incredible running event and run this year’s Dubai Marathon!

The race dates back to 2000 and is recognized by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) as a Gold Label race.

You will find great organization and a beautiful route at the marathon. The route is also flat, which means that have a big chance to show your best time!

If you are running less then 1 year and want to try your skills at a shorter distance, let’s go for a 10 km race together with us!

Features of the Marathon program
Periodization of trainings

To run a half marathon, it is necessary to master the technique and develop endurance. To run a marathon, in addition, you need to: strengthen your muscles, adapt your body to different types of load, increase speed successfully, competently bring the athlete to start in better shape. Therefore, we divide the training into four stages and prepare for at least six months.


Personalized race plan

Based on your data from the trainings, the coach will talk with you and create an optimal plan for the race that will allow you to overcome the marathon with the best time for you.


Five thousand marathon graduates

We trained and prepared over 5 000 marathon finishers — more than any other endurance sports school for adults. Our graduates ran all the major world marathons: New York, Tokyo, London, Berlin, Boston, Chicago. After they have finished the marathon, we continue to prepare them for new achievements in running and other sports.


Training plan

Retractable stageSumming the body to perform a large amount of work. Maximum attention is paid to the technique of running and the correct implementation of running exercises. Training is conducted to increase stamina.

Stage of hill strength trainingThe development of leg muscle strength and endurance strength. Use of running on hills both in cross running and in running on segments.

Speed-power stageGradual increase in the volume of cross-country running, conducting circuit training to maintain and develop strength. Conducting a control start to monitor the development of the student and make adjustments to the training plan.

Preparation for raceLong runs, rhythmic runs, and uphill runs. Maximum attention to stretching, S&C, and recovery.

  • How long is one training session?

    In groups training for a marathon, the duration of training sessions is about 2 hours.

  • What does my current level of running have to be to prepare for a marathon?

    We recommend to start preparing for a marathon after you have completed a half marathon.

  • What happens if I miss a training session?

    One or two missed sessions is not critical. We will send you a task for independent training. But if you are traveling to another city where one of our branches are located at, then you can train there.

  • How will I find a group on the first training?

    We will send you detailed instructions and a phone number of our coordinator from the Headquarters to you by email.

  • Is the payment for the race registration included in the cost?

    No, you have to buy the slot by yourself through the website.

  • Could I go through medical examination before the course begins? Or is it better if I do it after?

    You can ask all the questions to the doctor at the presentation of the program. It is better to go for an examination after two or three weeks of training, in order to see how the body reacts to the load.
