One of the Most important thing for runners is proper running form.

Let's talk about 10 points that help you have a proper running technique.

  1. Look ahead.
  2. Land mid foot.
  3. Keep your feet pointed straight ahead.
  4. Keep hands at your waist.
  5. Relax your hands.
  6. Check your posture.
  7. Relax your shoulder.
  8. Rotate your arms from the shoulder.
  9. Don't bounce.
  10. Keep your arms at your side.

And the other important point what we need to practice is to run softly, which is helping to stay away from injury.
Here are the guides on how to do it:

  1. Take off and land on the mid foot or the balls of the feet.
  2. Run lightly on the feet, almost springing, and as quietly as possible.
  3. Land with the foot and knee pointed in the same direction the body is traveling.
  4. Avoid leg collapse, the sinking of the hips and knees as the feet strike the ground.
  5. Don't forget to practice those exercises at list 2-3 times a week for better results.
