We have made a super schedule of group triathlon trainings just for you. You will now be able to attend group trainings under the guidence of our coaches and improve your strength and indurance almost every day except Monday, which is the legal rest day.
We have prepared the perfect training plan with the specifics of preparation to all kinds of triathlon races.
Each student is also being lead by the Head Triathlon Coach with personal training plan in Training Peaks. To maximize efficiency of each training and personalize workout load.
You will find intervals, power cadence, tempo trainings, long sessions, bricks, transition zone practices, nutrition tips. So you can be on the top of your performance at the morning of the race.

Additional discount will be added when purchasing multiple months of training at once:
- 2 or 3 months — 5%
- 4 or 5 months — 10%
- 6 or 7 months —15%

It was now 2 years back when I have the crazy idea to become a triathlete and it was very clear if I was serious about it, I had to start by improving my swimming technique; that’s how I joined the ILSS gang, first by doing their L1 swimming class followed by the L2; a fantastic starting point that enable the dream to looks more real; then a cycling class and finally the Tri group; where I had been now for more than year, doing different races, gaining fitness, having fun but more important meeting an amazing group of coaches and peers; if there is one thing I would highlight from the ILSS journey is the quality of the people you met on it. Now, after a year with many races cancellations the focus is on my first Half Iron Man towards end of 2021 – training is ON.
When I moved to Dubai, I began periodically training with ILSS team doing swimming and cycling sessions and participating in many triathlon’s camps. Since the beginning of December 2023 I have joined the triathlon group at ILSS to prepare for Ironman 70.3 in Muscat, Oman. Sessions are held in the morning almost every day, under the guidance of professional coach Andrei Glushchenko. I feel like my speed and endurance are increasing with every workout. I get great pleasure from training in a team of like-minded people!
I highly recommend group training, because when you train with strong athletes, you begin to follow them, gradually improving your results!
