The whole outdoor circuit training format is absolutely fun and challenging at the same time and you are always there to encourage us to do more. Really glad i joined you guys bcos before this i was really lacking motivation and now i don’t like it when i miss a class.
I joined ILSS to learn how to love running and improve myself.
When I started I was barely able to complete a lap of 400mt but after 2 months I was to complete the training and run 4-5km per session (training).
This happened thanks to the support, suggestions and motivation from our skilled and experienced coaches Svetlana and Simon. They taught me how to breathe how to move the feet, Rinat also given suggestions and supports teams and group.
I also joined the Fit pass sessions with Svetlana: she is lovely, passionate and really skilled. She is a good coach focused on the clients: correcting when necessary, motivating and suggesting the right training and diet. She is a positive person and beautiful. Was a pleaser to meet thus team. I will suggest to everyone!
