Hi friend 👋🏼

Starting in 2024, we have changed the rules for attending and paying for group training, so we want to share them with you.
We will be grateful for your compliance with these rules.

Our basic rules that do not change:

1️⃣ Come to session on time - then both you and the group will have a full training session.
2️⃣ Follow the rules for being at sports facilities and training. If you have any questions about the rules, do not hesitate to ask the coach - the coach will tell you everything in detail.
3️⃣ Be polite and friendly to your teammates and athletes from other schools, as well as visitors to the sports facilities.
4️⃣ Listen to the coach and follow the instructions. If you do not understand the task, be sure to ask the coach for clarifying questions.
5️⃣ Write feedback to the coordinator if you want to improve or correct something during your sessions at school.
6️⃣ We will be glad if you wear the merch that we provide in starter packs (caps, T-shirts, etc.) to training.
7️⃣ Share your successes in chats and social networks: tag our accounts, and we will share your achievements with our entire community 🤗

✔️ What's changing?

Communication channels:
For all questions regarding the training process, payment, renewal of subscriptions, group bookings, illness, transfer or freezing of training, you must write and ask your coach or coordinator.

Payment:
As before, you can pay for training in the following ways:

  1. On our website, selecting the required program and group;

  2. Via the link from the message from the coach or coordinator.

👉🏼 If you do not plan to train for the whole period of the program, then write to provide a personal link to payment for a specific number of training sessions. Payment for training must be made before the start of your course. If you don’t have time, write to us and we will come up with solutions.
When requesting a link, you must now always indicate the dates of your training visits. We record this in the coaches' attendance and, to avoid confusion, we ask you to indicate current dates. If you cannot say what dates you will come to classes, please notify us at least one day before the training when you plan to come.

Cancellations, postponements, freezing of trainings:

From 2024, payment for absences can be transferred for the next month on the same program only in case of illness and with a doctor’s certificate. In other cases, it is possible to make up sessions only in another program on fixed days and times (Swim Pass program for swimming) during the current paid month.

If you overslept, were lazy, didn’t like the weather, or went on a business trip, transferring to the next month is not possible, only the option of make up sessions during the current paid month.

There are 3️⃣ exceptions to this rule:

  • If your absences fall at the end of the month and you physically do not have time to get into another group, these 1-2 (no more) training sessions can be transferred to the next month in another group.

  • Before paying for a new month: If, when paying for a new month, you understand that you will have absences due to business trips, competitions or other events, we will deduct payment for those days that you will be absent. Please be sure to include the dates of your absences so that we can record them in your attendance.

  • If a training session is postponed or canceled for reasons beyond our control (most often due to changes in the operation of locations) and the option of rescheduling or replacement is not suitable for you, we will transfer the payment for this session to the next month.

Be sure to notify the I Love Supersport Team about your absences! You can sign up to make up a missed session by writing to the coordinator 👋🏼☺️
