Stamina, which can be used to describe both physical and mental pursuits, is defined as the ability to push yourself to your maximum potential for a given length of time. When you set out to build your stamina, you’re working to increase the period of time during which you’re able to perform at the peak of your abilities. Stamina differs from endurance in that the latter is actually about increasing the duration of your workout not maxing out your effort, necessarily.
Be consistent
Train at list 3x a week constantly. This will help you to increase your aerobic capacity and be able to run further than you can run now.
Temp runs
It should be 85 -90% of your race pace.
Add strength training
This will make a big difference in developing stamina and endurance.
Eat proper and healthy foods

Get enough sleep
Interval training
This will help you to boost your endurance and it will increase your VO2 max.
Long run
It will help you to strengthen leg muscles, ligaments, strengthen the heart, burn fat, boosts confidence.
Get the right running shoes and clothes
Focus on breathing
Don't hold your breath, this will cause fatigue during your workout sooner than you should.
