There are probably many questions marks in your heads if you are not yet into triathlon - why triathlon? Why be bad in 3 sports if you can be bad in one, right?

And I can clearly understand that as I had the same exact questions and distanced myself from this sport for "aliens" - that's what I thought about triathlon before I tried it first back in 2012.
Aliens eventually turned me into their lifestyle and I became one of them. And I have to tell you the truth - it's so so good to be an alien.
Let me try and share what's so good in #swimbikerun with you, as I think I never shared it in written form. Let's go!
- My health and immune system considerably improved . I could stop writing after this one as this should be enough but there are a few other great reasons why.
- Metabolism came to a norm (was definitely not the case before)
- I gained muscle endurance, more muscle and became stronger overall.
- Stamina helps me to sustain energy for longer during days (and nights)
- Triathlon practice helped me quit smoking. That was a big victory!
- I met thousands of super inspirational people and learned hundreds of exciting stories of life transformations while reaching their goals. Simply epic!
- Alternation of 3 different sports reduce risk of being injured if you do it in the right way. Funny fact - triathletes exercise in three positions – horizontal, vertical and sitting.
- It trains mindset to set goals, work hard towards reaching them and throws plenty of lessons on the journey
- Triathlon inspires human being - many great things lie outside of comfort zone.
- It works great as a stress reliever and a life balancer.
- It produces plenty of fun and fantastic energy
These are #triathlon Pro's I took from top of my mind. There are many more, believe me.. Maybe my trimates can add some more great things #tri brought to their life?
Comment if you'd like me to be a bit more specific and detailed on any of those or maybe you have questions to ask.
Otherwise, see you tri-ing sooner or later.
