Mastering a correct running form is helpful to run more easily and injury free. During this workshop our professional coach will tell you about basic running technique and show you some drills to improve it. This masterclass will be focused mostly on strength and speed exercises which are used by pro athletes.
You will get a detailed examination of your running technique and the coach will give some tips for improving it.
Last but not least, you will meet like-minded people to continue your running journey with.

It is better to come 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
Wear light, sports clothes, and soft running shoes. Don’t forget to bring a small bottle of water and a good mood ;)
The session is 80 minutes long. After the workout, you can spend time with the coach and ask for any recommendations, plus take an unlimited amount of selfies.
