During this workshop our professional coach will tell you about basic running technique and show you some drills to improve it. This masterclass will be focused mostly on strength and speed exercises which are used by pro athletes.

You will get a detailed examination of your running technique and the coach will give some tips for improving it.

  • What time should I arrive?

    It is better to come 5 to 10 minutes in advance.

  • What should I wear and what do I need to bring with me?

    Wear light, sports clothes, and soft running shoes. Don’t forget to bring a small bottle of water and a good mood ;)

  • How long is the workout?

    The session is 80 minutes long. After the workout, you can spend time with the coach and ask for any recommendations, plus take an unlimited amount of selfies.

  • Can I join if I have never run before?

    Yes, you can! We will introduce you to running and how to do it correctly. We will be glad to see both beginners and experienced amateurs.
