Training is not just about rotating the legs. It is also about assessing your current fitness level, optimizing training load, tracking progress, nutrition and hydration, recovery and safety. All of these points are a big part of each our cycling sessions.

Our coaches have vast experience in racing, competing and preparing amateur cyclists for races.
You will follow our detailed training plan. It includes not only 2 sessions that our coaches lead but also some homework: easy rides, strength exercises, and recovery activities. We divide preparation into three parts.
In the first part, we will gain base strength and base endurance.
During the second phase, we will be training speed, special strength, and speed endurance.
The last phase will allow you to be on the race day in your best condition and show the best result possible.
Following this program, you will achieve your goal and finish the race with a smile on your face!
Every month we are going for a long ride to Jebel Jais and Munay hills with a safety car. And the rest of the sessions are held in the convenient and safe cycling locations: DxBike and Al Qudra.
We will provide you with our branded guide to tell you not only about the training process but also about dieting and recovery. Our coaches are always happy to answer any questions. And the team will support and motivate you!
A bike, cycling shoes, and a helmet — you can rent them for a few lessons/training sessions. You will also need a cycling uniform: cycling shorts and a cycling top/jersey, cycling sunglasses and a cycling water bottle.
Yes. Cycling shoes not only give you the chance to push down on the pedal but also to pull up increasing the efficiency. This takes time and concentration to get used to. This is why it is better to start training with clipless pedals from the beginning under the supervision of a professional cycling Coach.
